TWoS is designed for English and German primarily. Other languages (French, Italian) may have partial support.

Open config.tdi with Notepad or a text editor.

If Windows prevents you from saving edits to your .ini files, copy the file to your Desktop, make the edits there, save it, and then drag it back into the Silent Hunter 5 folder to overwrite the original.
