Some FI-80 units sold in North America lack the sanitize option due to different certification standards. Your model likely has only the EU cycles listed above.

Add commercial deliming solution directly into the wash tank according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Run 3 to 4 complete wash cycles without any dishes.
Slide the rack into the machine, close the door firmly, select your cycle time, and press the Start button.
Optimal performance requires incoming hot water between 120°F and 140°F (50°C to 60°C).
Push the 20"x20" rack firmly into the wash chamber.
