Are you using an or a third-party aftermarket USB cable?
During the process, a pop-up will appear: “Would you like to install Motorola USB drivers?” This installs the mot_usb_driver.inf which enables communication between the PC and radio via programming cables (e.g., PMKN4012A or aftermarket USB cables). Select your preferred language when prompted
