Oracle WebLogic Server and Forms & Reports binaries require a supported JDK 8 version to execute the installation scripts and run the managed servers. On Windows: Run the downloaded JDK executable file.
Oracle Middleware requires a certified JDK to execute the installer files and run the WebLogic Managed Servers. Windows Installation Run the JDK executable installer.
